Enterprise Anti-Fraud Protection

EVOX is fully integrated with Whoscall. When an unknown phone number calls, the EVOX App can automatically display the caller’s company or organization. It also allows anonymous calls to be blocked, protecting employees from spam and nuisance calls.

Clear division of roles and responsibilities

Permissions vary based on user roles. For example, system administrators can configure company greetings, direct lines, user extensions, assigned devices, and outbound call permissions. In contrast, customer service managers have access to set up ACD and IVR, review call logs and recordings, and manage agent permissions and shift schedules.
