This feature rings multiple users organized as a Ring Group so any member can pick up.

Setting up a Ring Group

You can easily create, add or delete users, and assign an extension number to a Ring Group. Assign a DID number if you want callers to quickly reach the group without going through the receptionist or the Auto-attendant.

What happens if the Ring Group is busy?

If a call comes in when every member of the Ring Group is busy, EVOX will play a “busy announcement.” If enabled, the call will be redirected to voicemail and the caller can leave a message or dial another extension. You can customize the busy announcement and configure when it is played based on the number of rings and maximum ring time.

You can designate a member to receive voice messages when you enable voicemail for a Ring Group.
