Call Detail Records (CDR)

EVOX admin center provides you complete call detail records. For each call, you can see the source number, destination number, date and time, call direction, toll type, toll rate, duration, and call cost. You can also listen to voice recordings and export them if the service is enabled. Back to admin center »


Search and filter

Search call records by user name, group name, extension number, or phone number.
Apply filters such as range of dates or time, direction and types of call to gain more insight into your company call traffic.


In order to query more efficiently, you can also use the filtering function to filter out more accurate records, including the date, Time and Type.



Export call records

You may export your CDR as a .cvs files. If you have a large number of call records, it’s best to apply filters so you only download those that you are interested in.
